Just make sure the total current/wattage of all the combined fans doesn't exceed what the fan hub is rated for. I'd probably lean toward the deepcool one, it has better reviews overall. I've not personally used either, but they have decent reviews. Thermaltake and Deepcool both make a 10 port PWM hub.
This shouldn't be a problem for a water cooled build with multiple radiators.
Plain hubs are much more reliable and simple, you just have to know that everything connected to it will be getting the same pwm speed signal. I've tried both Corsair and NZXT's smart fan controllers, and returned both due to issues with the software. I've had nothing but bad experiences with the smart fan controllers, where you can control each fan header individually through software.
